Leadership at Rotary Club of Butabika Royals
At the Rotary Club of Butabika Royals, strong and visionary leadership has been key to driving the club’s growth and success since its inception. Our leaders have embodied Rotary’s core values of service, integrity, and fellowship, guiding the club toward impactful projects and meaningful community service.
Board Members
The club leadership plan has provided guidance on the succession planning and leadership development activities of the club. Leadership is decentralized giving several members an opportunity to lead at various levels. A system of appropriate succession is also in place to ensure leadership competence is developed ahead of annual electoral processes for club officers.

Charter President Charlotte Tinaruhanga (2021-2022)
As the founding leader of the Rotary Club of Butabika Royals, Charlotte Tinaruhanga laid the foundation for the club’s mission and vision. Her leadership during the club's formative year was instrumental in setting a clear path for service, particularly in the area of mental health.
Amazing President Rev. Dismas Bwesigye, PHF (2022-2023)
Rev. Dismas Bwesigye, with his deep sense of purpose and community, led the club through a year of expansion and outreach. Under his leadership, the club launched several successful health and education initiatives.
Hope Creator President Raymond Kinuma (2023-2024)
Raymond Kinuma’s year of leadership was marked by hope and optimism. His focus on youth empowerment and mental health programs created lasting opportunities for young people in Uganda. As the "Hope Creator President," he helped strengthen the club’s impact on vulnerable communities.
Irresistible President Jonathan Adengo (2024-2025)
In this magical year, Jonathan Adengo serves as the "Irresistible President." With his dynamic approach and commitment to service, he continues to build on the legacy of his predecessors, driving new initiatives in mental health, education, and community development.
